A regulator review should be done in companion with the air emissions inventory. A regulatory review is when the site, equipment, processes, and overall site emissions are evaluated to see what air regulations and permit requirements apply to them. Federal and state air regulations are reviewed. Depending on the regulation, the facility could be subject to specific operation or emission limitations, maintenance requirements, or recordkeeping requirements.
