Solid Waste Facility Annual Reporting Due Date (February 28, 2022) is approaching. The annual report should include information on solid waste disposal activities conducted during Calendar Year 2021.
Who is required to report?
All commercial and noncommercial landfills, commercial and noncommercial rubbish sites, composting facilities, and land application sites are required to submit an Annual Report to Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) on or before February 28, 2022, or otherwise detailed in your facility permit.
When and where to submit the Solid Waste Annual Report:
Electronic submittal for the CY2021 Annual Report should be made through the MDEQ Solid Waste Facility Reporting Program via the Re-Trac Connect (Re-TRAC).
