For more than 65 years, the Mississippi Manufacturers Association (MMA) has been the clear and united voice of industry in the Magnolia State. Industry is the engine that powers Mississippi’s economy, and MMA is an unrelenting advocate in support of measures benefiting manufacturers. MMA also remains vigilant in its efforts to eliminate an unfair, unnecessary or costly burden on the operations of our state’s manufacturing community. Practical, accurate information is provided to members through active committees, seminars, workshops, regular publications and the website, addressing key areas of interest.

Environmental Compliance & Safety (ECS) has been a supporting member of MMA for 20 years, with several past and current team members serving on the MMA Environmental and Safety (E&S) Steering Committee. This year, Anthony Wenzel, who is the Team Leader of Safety and Training Services for ECS and an MMA E&S Steering Committee member, spoke at the 2021 Annual Environmental and Safety Conference about the importance of Emergency Action Plans. Anthony has served as an MMA steering committee member for over 4 years and has presented and hosted round tables at previous annual events. Other ECS team members who attended and supported the event were Caitlin Golding, Jake Rucker, Caleb James, Brian Ketchum, and Kirk Shelton.
