Project Manager, Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc., Florence, MS  

Primarily responsible for air, wastewater, technical support and project management for compliance and permitting services. Specific duties include preparation of air permit applications, air construction and PSD permit applications, emission inventories, reporting, and interface with regulatory agencies. Additional responsibilities include preparation of proposals and work plans, technical report preparation, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Tier II and TRI Reporting, Air Reporting, MDEQ contract work for Air, Water Quality, and Storm Water, and site investigation reports.

Responsibilities included technical work and project management.
