Primarily responsible for air, wastewater, and hazardous waste technical support and project management for compliance and permitting services. Expert in Air Toxics
(MACT, NESHAP, etc.) and RMP Regulations, Title V Permitting, and SMOP Permitting. Specific duties include preparation of air permit applications, emission inventories, annual certifications and semi-annual reports, discharge monitoring reports (DMR), Tier II reporting, and field activities for various projects. Additional responsibilities include monthly client compliance, recordkeeping, and reporting duties; technical report preparation; and interface with regulatory agencies.

Primary responsibilities included managing the staff responsible for the implementation of the National Emission Standards of Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs), the Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions (Risk Management Program), and Air Toxics Monitoring projects. Activities associated with these programs included source identification, industry interaction, regulation review, sample collection and data analysis.
